Mango Curry is a perfect alternative to a mild Korma Simmer Sauce—sweet and flavorsome, with the flavors of Indian spice still really coming through—this is set to become a family favorite.

Ingredients

  • 2 tsp oil
  • ¾ lb chicken, diced
  • 1 jar Patak’s® Mango Curry Simmer Sauce
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped (garnish)

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in a large pan.
  2. Add the chicken and cook for 5 to 7 min, or until seared.
  3. Pour in the Patak’s® Mango Curry Simmer Sauce and simmer for 20 min, stirring occasionally.
  4. Garnish with cilantro and serve with rice.
