Whether you’re in the mood for a summer Grill or a cozy baked meal, this recipe can be made in the oven or on the grill.

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Patak’s® Vindaloo Curry Spice Paste
  • 8 shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 ripe mangos, peeled and julienned
  • 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp honey
  • 1 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tsp sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Toss the shrimp in Patak’s® Vindaloo Curry Spice Paste and refrigerate for 30 min. 
  2. Grill over medium-high heat for 6 min (3 min per side). 
  3. Mix together the mango, lime, onion, honey, fresh cilantro and sesame oil in a separate bowl. 
  4. Place the mango salad in small bowls and top with the grilled shrimp.
