BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES, YOU AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES, WHICH ARE A CONTRACT, SO READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE PARTICIPATING. WITHOUT LIMITATION, THIS CONTRACT PROVIDES FOR A CLASS ACTION AND JURY TRIAL WAIVER, A REQUIREMENT THAT MOST DISPUTES BE SETTLED BY MANDATORY BINDING ARBITRATION, AND A LIMITATION OF YOUR RIGHTS AND REMEDIES.

This promotion (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by AB World Foods US, Inc. (“ABWF”), One Parkview Plaza Suite 500, Oakbrook Terrace, IL 60181.

ENTRY METHOD

To enter, follow the steps set forth in the social media post publicizing the Sweepstakes to complete your entry (“Entry”). This could involve, for example, “liking” a post, following designated accounts on a social media platform, and/or tagging a friend in the comments on a post. By completing these steps, you will automatically be entered into the Sweepstakes. Multiple entries are automatically disqualified; only the first entry will be considered. By entering, you are disclosing your information to ABWF.

ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes is open to all legal residents of the United States eighteen (18) years of age and older as of June 22, 2026 (19 years of age in Alabama and Nebraska, 21 years of age in Mississippi) excluding employees and immediate family members of ABWF, and its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, assigns, advertising, promotional and fulfillment agents, attorneys, and other representatives and the persons with whom each of the above are domiciled. Offer void in Rhode Island, outside the United States, and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

Each entrant in the Sweepstakes must be the rightful holder of the email account or social media account submitted at entry. In the event of a dispute concerning the identity of the holder of the email account, the holder will be deemed to be the person who owns the email address according to the records of the email service provider. In the case of a dispute concerning the identity of the holder of a social media account, the holder will be deemed to be the person who owns the email address associated with the social media account, according to the records of the email service provider. The email or social media account must be opened prior to the commencement of the Sweepstakes.

ENTRY PERIOD

The Sweepstakes will commence on 06/22/2026. The last entry will be accepted 06/29/2026 at 11:59 p.m. (EST).

SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS

The potential prize winners will be selected by a random drawing from among the eligible entries. Potential winners will be chosen by ABWF no later than 07/03/2026. Potential winners will be notified by email and will be required to execute and return a standard declaration and release form within seven (7) days of attempted delivery of the prize. The prize will be deemed forfeited, and an alternate winner will be chosen after seven (7) days without correspondence from the potential winner.

1 grand prize winner will receive:

  • 1 jar of Patak’s Spicy Butter Chicken Simmer Sauce (estimated retail value: $6)

  • 1 jar of Patak’s Sweet Mango Chutney (estimated retail value: $5)

Total estimated retail value of prizes: $60

The difference in value between the actual value of any aspect of the prize and the stated approximate retail value will not be awarded. There is no substitution for any prize. The prize is not transferable, assignable, or redeemable for cash. ABWF reserves the right to substitute a cash payment of equal value for any aspect of the prize. All federal, state, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winners.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

By participating, entrants affirm that they have read these Official Rules, agree to be bound by them and the selection of the winner, which shall be final, and waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Sweepstakes and/or these Official Rules. Acceptance of prizes constitutes permission to use the winner’s name, likeness, biography, and prize won for purposes of advertising, promotion and publicity without additional compensation, except where prohibited or restricted by law.

THE ODDS OF WINNING DEPEND UPON THE NUMBER OF ENTRIES RECEIVED.

The Sweepstakes hosted by ABWF is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY; RELEASES

BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES, ENTRANT AGREES THAT ABWF, FACEBOOK, INC. OR INSTAGRAM, INC., AND THEIR RESPECTIVE PARENT COMPANIES, AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, REPRESENTATIVES, CONSULTANTS, CONTRACTORS, LEGAL COUNSEL, ADVERTISING, PUBLIC RELATIONS, PROMOTIONAL, FULFILLMENT AND MARKETING, WEBSITE PROVIDERS, WEB MASTERS, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS (THE “RELEASED PARTIES”) WILL HAVE NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR, AND SHALL BE HELD HARMLESS BY ENTRANTS AGAINST, ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY INJURIES, LOSSES OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND TO PERSONS, INCLUDING PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH, OR PROPERTY RESULTING IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, MISUSE OR USE OF THE PRIZE, ENTRY OR PARTICIPATION IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR IN ANY SWEEPSTAKES-RELATED ACTIVITY, OR ANY CLAIMS BASED ON PUBLICITY RIGHTS, DEFAMATION OR INVASION OF PRIVACY, OR MERCHANDISE DELIVERY.  THE RELEASED PARTIES ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE IF THIS SWEEPSTAKES CANNOT BE ADMINISTERED OR CONDUCTED OR ANY PRIZE CANNOT BE AWARDED DUE TO CANCELLATIONS, DELAYS, OR INTERRUPTIONS RESULTING OR ARISING FROM ACTS OF GOD, WAR, OR TERRORISM, CIVIL UNREST, STRIKES, SUPPLY SHORTAGES, NATURAL DISASTERS, WEATHER, PANDEMICS, EPIDEMICS, COMPLIANCE WITH ANY LAW OR ORDER OF A GOVERNMENTAL AUTHORITY, OR ANY OTHER SIMILAR ACT, EVENT OR OCCURRENCE BEYOND THE REASONABLE CONTROL OF THE SPONSOR.  BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES, ENTRANT AGREES THAT THE RELEASED PARTIES WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY INJURIES, DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES TO PERSONS, INCLUDING DEATH, OR TO PROPERTY ARISING OUT OF ACCESS TO AND USE OF ANY WEBSITE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR THE DOWNLOADING FROM AND/OR PRINTING MATERIAL DOWNLOADED FROM SUCH SITE.

PRIVACY; USE OF WEBSITE

ABWF may only use the personally identifiable information obtained from the entrants in accordance with its privacy policy, which may be found at https://www.abworldfoods.com/privacy-policy.

ABWF reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, cancel or suspend this Sweepstakes should a virus, bug, computer problem or other causes beyond ABWF’s control corrupt the administration, security or proper operation of the Sweepstakes. ABWF may prohibit you from participating in the Sweepstakes or winning a prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that you are attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes by cheating, hacking or employing other unfair practices or by abusing other entrants or the representatives of ABWF.

ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND, IN SUCH EVENT, ABWF RESERVES THE RIGHT TO PURSUE ITS REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING COSTS AND ATTORNEY’S FEES) TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW.

MANDATORY ARBITRATION. NO CLASS ACTIONS.

You agree to submit any and all disputes, claims or controversies arising out of or relating to your use of the ABWF website, or any services or products purchased or received, to the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”), or its successor, for confidential mediation, except that you may assert claims or seek relief in small claims court if your claims qualify. And if the matter is not resolved through mediation, then to AAA, or its successor, for final and binding arbitration. All arbitrations must proceed on an individual basis, and you hereby waive the right to assert or participate in a class action arbitration, and to assert or participate in any joint or consolidated arbitration of any kind.

Claims shall be heard by a single arbitrator. The place of arbitration shall be Delaware. The arbitration shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. The arbitrators may determine how the costs and expenses of the arbitration shall be allocated between the parties, but they shall not award attorneys’ fees. Judgment upon the award rendered by the Arbitrator(s) may be entered by any court having jurisdiction thereof.

You agree to maintain as strictly confidential all negotiations and proceedings pursuant to this section, except as is required by court order or as is necessary to confirm, vacate or enforce a judgement or award.

Any dispute arising from the Sweepstakes will be determined according to the laws of the State of Delaware, without reference to its conflict of laws principles, and the entrants’ consent to the personal jurisdiction of the State and Federal Courts located in the State of Delaware over them and agree that such courts have exclusive jurisdiction over all such disputes.

Attn: Legal Department, One Parkview Plaza Suite 500 Oakbrook Terrace IL 60181 no later than six months following the last date of entry for the Sweepstakes.
