Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Patak’s® Mild Curry Spice Paste
  • 1 tbsp Patak’s® Sweet Mango Chutney
  • 2 medium carrots, peeled and cut into ½ inch rounds
  • 2 zucchinis, cut into ½ inch rounds
  • 1 yellow pepper, cut into chunks
  • 2 small onions, quartered
  • 4 mushrooms, cut in half

Instructions

  1. In a bowl mix together Patak’s® Mild Curry Spice Paste and Patak’s® Sweet Mango Chutney.
  2. Thread pieces of vegetable onto each kebab skewer.
  3. When all the kebabs are threaded brush the mixture generously ensuring they are well coated.
  4. Cook on the grill turning frequently for 10 – 15 minutes until all the vegetables are cooked.
  5. Serve on a bed of rice or mixed salad, accompanied by Patak’s® Sweet Mango Chutney for dipping.

Notes

If you enjoy heat, use Patak’s® Hot Mango Chutney instead or for ginger notes use Patak’s® Major Grey Chutney.
