Tandoori Marinade Paste

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup oil
  • 2 tbsp Patak’s® Tandoori Marinade Paste
  • 3 large red potatoes, washed with skins and cubed

Instructions

  1. Place the potatoes in a large bowl. In a measuring cup, whisk together the oil and the Patak’s® Tandoori Marinade Paste.
  2. Pour over the potatoes and toss to coat completely.
  3. Place potatoes in a baking pan, cover with foil and seal edges.
  4. Grill on medium heat for 30 to 35 min or until tender.
