Whether you’re in the mood for a summer grill or a cozy baked meal on a cold night, this flexible recipe from Patak’s® can be made in the oven or on the grill. Whichever method you choose will bring out the flavors of ginger, tamarind and tandoori spices.

Recipe calls for


  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 4 medium chicken breasts, diced
  • 1 jar Patak’s® Tandoori Curry Sauce


  1. Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat. 
  2. Add the chicken and cook for 5 to 8 min, until seared and browned. 
  3. Stir in the Patak’s® Tandoori Curry Simmer Sauce and simmer for 5 min, stirring occasionally. 
  4. Serve over rice or with naan.

Can substitute chicken with shrimp, beef or vegetables. If you like it spicy, garnish with sliced chiles. If not, drizzle some yogurt.
