Whether you’re in the mood for a summer Grill or a cozy baked meal, this recipe can be made in the oven or on the grill.

Ingredients

  • 2 lb chicken wings 
  • 1 jar Patak’s® Spicy Butter Chicken Curry Simmer Sauce
  • 1 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped (garnish)

Butter Chicken Dipping Sauce

  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 2 tsp Patak’s® Butter Chicken Curry Spice Paste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F. Grease a baking sheet.
  2. Place chicken wings on baking sheet and bake for 20 min. Turn them over and bake an additional 20 min, until golden brown. Remove from oven.
  3. Heat Patak’s® Butter Chicken Simmer Sauce in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
  4. Add the wings to the saucepan and stir to coat completely.
  5. Place on a serving tray and sprinkle cilantro on top. 
  6. Serve hot with Butter Chicken Dipping Sauce.

Butter Chicken Dipping Sauce

  1. Add sour cream and Patak’s® Butter Chicken Spice Paste to a small bowl. Stir to combine. 
  2. Serve in a small dipping bowl.
