Tikka Masala Simmer Sauce

Ingredients

  • ½ lb ground beef
  • 1 jarPatak’s® Tikka Masala Simmer Sauce
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 potatoes, pierced and foiled
  • Grated cheese, to taste
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped (garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Place the two wrapped potatoes in the oven and cook 30 to 45 min until tender all the way through.
  3. Heat a large pan on medium-high, add the oil and ground beef and brown for 2 to 4 min.
  4. Stir in the Patak’s® Tikka Masala Simmer Sauce and simmer for 10 to 15 min, until the beef is cooked through.
  5. Unwrap the roasted potatoes and pour the sauce and beef mixture on top.
  6. Sprinkle with cheese and brown in the oven.
  7. Garnish with cilantro and serve as a side.
