These scrumptious shrimps are made with a bit of extra heat from our Madras Curry Spice Paste. Succulent and delicious, these kebabs are just as perfect for the Grill or the oven.

  • 2 tbsp Patak’s® Madras Curry Spice Paste
  • 32 extra large shrimp with tails
  • 2 tbsp plain yogurt
  • 1 tsp oil
  • Mixed greens 
  • 2 red onions, cut into rings
  • 8 radishes, sliced
  • ½ tsp lemon juice
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped (garnish)


  1. Clean the shrimp and place them in a bowl. 
  2. Add the Patak’s® Madras Curry Spice Paste and plain yogurt. 
  3. Mix well and add the oil. Set aside. 
  4. Place the shrimp on skewers after marinating them for 20 min. 
  5. Cook on the grill, turning occasionally, for 5 to 10 min or until the shrimp are just cooked and the tails begin to char.
  6. For each serving, place some mixed greens on a plate and sprinkle with onions and radishes. Add 8 shrimp per plate and garnish with cilantro.
