A modern take on a traditional cauliflower recipe with an Indian influence. A crispy, roasted to perfection treat, with a mild curry flavor is sure to be a favorite.

Recipe calls for


  • 2 tbsp Patak’s® Mild Curry Spice Paste
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • 1 head of cauliflower, broken into florets
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped (garnish)


  1. In a small saucepan, gently heat the Patak’s® Mild Curry Spice Paste while whisking in the oil. 
  2. Heat gently for 2 to 3 min to release all the spices and bold flavors of the paste. Remove from heat and let cool. 
  3. In a large bowl, mix the rest of the ingredients together and spread out on a baking sheet in a single layer. Use parchment paper on baking sheet for easy clean-up. 
  4. Roast for 35 to 45 min until the cauliflower is crispy and starting to color around the edges. 
  5. Serve in a bowl for the family table, or skewer for serving as an appetizer.
  6. Finish with salt, pepper and cilantro.
