Every time we take a mouthful of this deliciously creamy and flavor some dish, we remember all over again why it is so beloved. This recipe makes it easy with a multifunction pressure cooker!

  • 1 lb chicken thighs 
  • 2 tbsp Patak’s® Tikka Masala Curry Spice Paste
  • 1 onion, chopped 
  • ¼ cup tomato, chopped 
  • 2 tbsp garlic, minced 
  • 2 tbsp ginger, minced
  • 4 tbsp heavy cream
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped (garnish)
  • Salt, to taste
  • 2 tsp sugar


  1. Place all the ingredients except the cream and cilantro, in the multifunction pressure cooker. 
  2. Cook on the “Meat/stew” setting for 30 min. 
  3. Once the curry is cooked, add the cream and cook for another 5 min on the same setting. 
  4. Garnish with fresh cilantro. 
  5. Enjoy with naan bread.
