This tangy Indian chicken recipe boasts a delightful, aromatic blend of cilantro, lemon and turmeric. Just add chicken to bring it to life—your palate will thank you!

  • 3 tbsp Patak’s® Tikka Masala Curry Spice Paste
  • 1 lb chicken, cut into chunks
  • ¼ cup plain yogurt
  • 1 small onion, cut into chunks
  • 1 red pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 green pepper, cut into chunks
  • Salt, to taste


  1. In a bowl, mix Patak’s® Tikka Masala Curry Spice Paste with the yogurt. 
  2. Add the chicken, cover and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours. 
  3. Skewer the chicken pieces, alternating with the vegetables. 
  4. Grill the kebabs on a Grill ensuring that each side of the chicken is cooked through.
