Recipe calls for


  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 lb chicken, diced
  • 1 jar Patak’s® Korma Curry Simmer Sauce
  • 2 tsp cracked black pepper
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped and divided (garnish)
  • 1 tbsp flaked almonds, toasted (garnish)


  1. In a large pan heat the oil and fry the onion. 
  2. Add the chicken and sauté for 3 min to sear. 
  3. Stir in the Patak’s® Korma Curry Simmer Sauce. 
  4. Add the pepper, bring to a boil and simmer for 20 to 25 min, until the chicken is cooked through. 
  5. Stir in the cream and half the cilantro. 
  6. Serve on rice with naan. 
  7. Garnish with the remaining cilantro and the toasted almonds.
