This classic street food dish is the perfect starter for any curry night in. These moreish, crispy sweetcorn bites with a hint of spice from our Tikka Masala Curry Spice Paste are delicious—one is never enough!

  • 1 can (15.25 oz) corn, drained 
  • ½ block (7 oz) paneer, grated
  • 1 tsp ginger, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 green chile, finely chopped (optional)
  • 3 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
  • ½ cup Patak’s® Tikka Masala Curry Spice Paste
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tbsp butter, melted
  • 4 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • Salt, to taste
  • 2 tsp chaat masala (optional)  


  1. Preheat the oven at 350°F. 
  2. Mix together all the ingredients, except the chaat masala. 
  3. Shape into patties and refrigerate for 20 to 30 min. 
  4. Cook in preheated oven for 8 to 10 min. 
  5. Sprinkle the chaat masala over the patties. 
  6. Serve hot with mint and cilantro chutney.
