Mini Bombay Burgers
These tasty little burgers are easy to make and fun for grilling, BBQ's and parties.  Serve with Curried French Fries.
Prep Time: 20 minutes
Grill Time:10 to 15 minutes
Makes: 4 servings (2 mini burgers per serving)
Ingredients
Instructions

Heat grill to 400˚F.

Combine ground meat with curry paste and ginger (if desired) in a medium bowl and stir until mixed.  Form into 8 small patties.

Combine mayonnaise and chutney in a small bowl.  (Can be prepared up to 1 day ahead and refrigerated.)

Grill burgers for 3 to 5 minutes per side or until cooked through. 

To assemble: spread mayonnaise onto cut surfaces of top bun. Place lettuce leaf on bottom half of bun, top with grilled burger, cheese, cucumber, onion and lettuce and top half of bun.

Serving Tip:  To keep slider together, pierce with an 8-inch wooden skewer from top to bottom.

1 pound ground turkey, lamb, OR beef
1 tablespoon Patak's® Mild Curry Paste
OR Patak's® Hot Curry Paste
1/2 teaspoon grated fresh ginger, optional

You'll Also Need
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons any Patak's Chutney
8 mini hamburger buns OR dinner rolls, sliced open and lightly toasted
8 slices cheese, optional
1/2 medium seedless cucumber, thinly sliced
1/2 medium red onion, thinly sliced
Fresh lettuce leaves, torn into 8 pieces
